RosUpack and Printech 2024: grand results in 4 exhibition days
Let us share with you the results and record figures of the exhibition held in June.
The 28th edition of RosUpack – International Exhibition of Packaging Industry and the 9th International Exhibition of Equipment, Technologies and Materials for Printing and Advertising Production Printech took place at Crocus Expo IEC on 18-21 June 2024. This year the exhibition broke their records once again.
Nearly 30,000 industry professionals in 4 days
This year, 29,537 industry professionals from 44 countries and 85 regions of Russia learnt about technologies, equipment and ready-made packaging solutions at RosUpack. The number of Russian regions from which visitors came was a record for the last 10 years of RosUpack and Printech!
Among the visitors of the business events at the site there were managers, business owners, commercial directors, marketers and senior technologists of companies from various spheres of activity: food and beverage production, pharmaceuticals, non-food consumer and industrial goods, wholesale and retail trade enterprises, IT - technologies and many others.
The qualitative composition of the visitor audience allows exhibitors' companies to maximise the benefits of participation in the exhibition. According to RosUpack 2024:
- 62% of visitors influence purchasing decisions for products exhibited at the show,
- 41% of visitors signed contracts for the supply of equipment and packaging directly on the days of the show,
- 32% of visitors have a purchasing budget of more than 50 million rubles.
This season's Printech show attracted 2,486 professional visitors, an increase of 2 per cent over 2023.
1,100 exhibiting companies and a special street exposition
RosUpack exhibition was attended by more than 570 domestic and more than 520 foreign manufacturers and suppliers of technologies for the packaging industry - from raw materials and materials to various equipment and finished packaging.

Sixty-nine companies participated as Printech exhibitors, twice as many as in 2023.

Both exhibitions occupied more than 55,000 m2 and took place in 5 halls of 2 pavilions!
In addition, the exhibition was complemented by an outdoor exposition in front of the second pavilion of Crocus Expo IEC, which was presented by Technocar, the official dealer of JAC and SHANN warehouse equipment. Long-term exhibitors and partners of the exhibition demonstrated new warehouse equipment and forklifts of different models.
According to the final survey of the exhibition, exhibitors noted that:
- 93% found new customers and partners at the exhibition;
- 87% met with existing customers and partners;
- 78% consider participation in the exhibition important for business development;
- 77% are satisfied with the quantity and quality of visitors.
23 events of a rich business programme
Business events of four days with 150 leading speakers were attended by 2,500+ unique listeners. Industry experts presented trends, discussed successful cases and tools for business development in the new realities.
Much of the sessions also focused on ROP law, packaging recycling trends, business opportunities, and modern marketing tools.
